Could this be perimenopause?

Eight short questions, just for you. Nothing is saved or sent, it all stays in your browser. This is not a diagnosis, it is a gentle pointer and a reminder that you are not alone.

Next step

Keep a short symptom diary

Perimenopause cannot be proven with a single questionnaire, but a pattern over time says a great deal. A couple of weeks of notes will give you (and your doctor) a clearer picture than any single impression.

Track it against your cycle

Note the first day of your period and where you are in the cycle, because many symptoms shift with hormones.

Write something every day

Which symptoms showed up (sleep, mood, brain fog, hot flushes, pain…).

Rate the intensity 1–10

That way you can see what is getting worse and what passes.

Add the context

Stress, sleep, food, training: whatever may have played a part.

Take it to your appointment

A pattern over a few weeks is worth more than “I think that…”.

It does not need to be complicated. Your phone, a notebook or a single table will do: date · cycle day · symptom · intensity (1–10) · note. Being consistent matters more than being perfect.

Whatever the result, if something is bothering you, you deserve support. Talking to a doctor, and to women going through the same thing, changes a lot. See what helps →
