Touch the flower — behind every petal is a group of symptoms

Perimenopause has more than 61 symptoms. We grouped them into six areas so it is easier to recognise what is happening to you. Every woman experiences different symptoms, or different combinations of them.

What the data says

Numbers from research in Serbia

From the first large study of menopause in the workplace in Serbia, carried out by Dr Mina Hagen and Doc. Dr Ljiljana Marina with more than 1,600 women.

Self-check

Could this be Peri.Menopause?

Eight short questions, for a quick check. Nothing is saved or sent, it is completely private. This is of course not a diagnosis, because we are not doctors, only a gentle pointer to help you check in with yourself.

Our first meetup

This is how women described the first meetup

At the end we asked every participant: “One word you are leaving with?” These were their answers.

understanding not alone community is power
Words from participants at the first meetup: understanding, not alone, support, community is power, strength, love, solidarity

About us

We built the community we were missing ourselves

Peri.Menopause at work is the first open and free community in Belgrade for women who want an honest, warm and useful conversation about perimenopause, at work and in life. It was founded by Milica and Tijana, because they recognised themselves that a community like this was missing and badly needed. “You are not alone” is not a slogan for us, it is the whole point.

Come to the next meetup

No lectures and no panels. We try to hold an open space for an honest, warm conversation among women going through the same thing. You will come and think “I feel that too” more than once.
